The Great Carta War was a major conflict that occurred approximately one thousand years ago prior to the events of MagnaCarta 2 and the Lanzheim Civil War. It engulfed the entire continent of Lanzheim in chaos. It was a war fought between the Cartans and the humans native to Lanzheim.
The war cost many lives and wreaked havoc throughout the lands. After a long and costly struggle, humanity eventually emerged victorious over the Cartans.
The Hero Strass would later use the great flying battleship known as La Strada to sacrifice himself and restore the devastated lands to peace and prosperity. It was during this time that wizardry became more prevalent among the denizens of Lanzheim as well.
